It is believed that the vikings seafarers reached other worlds. This creature is the living proof of that.

These pieces are made by adding paper to the clay which helps to get shapes otherwise would bend in the kiln. Also I work with very thin slabs of clay (2 or 3 mm. max.) This makes them light enough to stand on their thin legs when fired up to 1250ºC. Working with such a thin layer of clay is a delicate process and some pieces are lost during building. Some of them get small cracks or deformations in the firing but they will not cause breaking. All of these pieces are one of a kind.
